I LOVE my job!
Introducing CW, the Goddess of News Videography!

Haha, well, far from it at this point, but I am really lovin' it (thank you, McDonalds).

It's tough, getting used to what I'm doing, but I'm definitely capable of it, whoo-hoo! I still need to fine tune my shooting style, but I am so thrilled with this job. I hope I never stop feeling some joy in what I'm doing.

True, I film some rather dry stuff - in the past week, I have filmed 2 meetings (one which went on until 11 o'clock at night, an hour past my shift and was utterly boring, and another which was quite interesting, as people were fired up about renovating vs. rebuilding a high school), one closed road due to a sinkhole, a guest speaker at a college, a car accident, tennis, and a lacrosse game in the rain for over two hours that I left a very soggy camera-gal.

But I love whatever I'm shooting on some level, so it's never all bad. (Although I did nearly cry from the boredom and complete redundancy that went on at one meeting.)

I'm hoping that I'm doing a good job - no complaints yet, except from the sports guys and..well, I don't give a rat's ass about sports and I really don't care..so, STICK IT THERE, SPORTS GUYS! NYAHHHHH!

Sports was a drag filming it live and it hasn't improved much filming it for news. I'm just not a sports person..except if it's female teams/players since I'm all for my gender.
